Privacy policy

At Natureventyr ApS (The Danish parent company of the app Naturetales), we are commited to protecting the privacy of our users. This document describes how we collect and proces information about our users.

ABOUT THIS POLICY

1.1 This policy on the processing of personal data (“Personal Data Policy”) describes how Natureventyr ApS via the Natureventyr app and website collects and processes information about you.

1.2 The personal data policy applies to personal data that you submit to us or that we collect about you when you use natureventyr.nu (the “Website”) or use our iOS or Android app (the “App”).

1.3 Natureventyr ApS is the data controller for your personal data. All inquiries to Natureventyr ApS can be made via the contact details listed under section 7. 

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT, FOR WHAT PURPOSES AND WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

2.1.1 The purpose of collecting user information and data is to pursue our legitimate interests in offering you a user-friendly Website/App, including being able to optimize the user experience and the Website/App’s functions, prevent misuse and downtime and to be able to record how long visitors are on the Website/App ‘one.

2.1.2 The legal basis for the processing is the Data Protection Regulation, Article 6, subsection 1, letter f.

2.2 When you, as a visitor, use the Website or the App, we automatically collect information about your use of the Website/App. This is e.g. information about the type of browser you use, which pages you visit, your anonymous IP address and information about your computer/phone. We use technology that can collect, process and sort information about how our Website/App is used. These services are:

We do not collect or use any data that can be used to identify you. All data we collect are anonymous. More on this in the following bullet.

2.3 Natureventyr ApS does not have user creation on either the App or Website. When you use the App, we use your existing account on the App Store or Google Play to log your usage history and purchases. At Natureventyr ApS we therefore do not store personal information such as email address, name, address or the like.

RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

3.1 We do not pass on sensitive personal information to external business partners. Anonymized data about the use of the Natureventyr App and Website can be left to external partners for analysis. We use external partners for operation and development of the website and apps, but these do not come into contact with sensitive personal information of any of our users.

YOUR RIGHTS

4.2.1 You are entitled at any time to request information from us about, among other things, which information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, which categories of personal data and recipients of information may be may be, as well as information about where the information originates.

4.2.2 You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that we process about you. If you want a copy of your personal data, you must send a written request to kontakt@natureventyr.nu. You may be asked to document that you are who you say you are.

4.3.1 You have the right to have incorrect personal data about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.

4.4.1 In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g. if the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed. To the extent that continued processing of your information is necessary, e.g. in order for us to comply with our legal obligations, or for legal claims to be established, asserted or defended, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.

4.5.1 In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data limited to storage only, e.g. if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.

4.6.1 In certain cases, you have the right to have personal data that you yourself have given us delivered in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and you have the right to transfer this data to another data controller.

4.7.1 You have the right at any time, for reasons relating to your personal situation, to object to the processing of your personal data that we carry out on the basis of our legitimate interests or for the purpose of carrying out a task in the interest of society, cf. . pt. 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 and 2.4.

4.7.2 If, on the basis of a qualified balancing of interests, we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing, we are entitled to continue processing your personal data.

4.8.1 You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority at any time about our processing of your personal data. Complaints can be lodged, among other things, by email dt@datatilsynet.dk or phone +45 33 19 32 00.

DELETION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1 Information collected about your use of the Website/App cf. pt. 2.1. stored for use in historical analysis. These do not contain personally sensitive information.

SECURITY

6.1 We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures against personal data being accidentally or illegally destroyed, lost, changed or degraded, as well as against it coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons or being misused.

6.2 Only employees who have a real need to access your personal data in order to perform their work have access to it.

CHANGES IN THE PRIVACY POLICY

8.1 If we make changes to the Personal Data Policy, you will be informed about this on your next visit to the Website/App.

8.2 The latest version of the Personal Data Policy will always be available on the Website/App.
