1. Introduction
Welcome to the Nature Tales app, operated by Natureventyr ApS (CVR: DK40059466). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nature Tales app, available in Denmark, Germany, and Spain. By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Provided
Nature Tales offers interactive fairy tale routes in nature, designed for children and their families. Our app provides a unique experience combining play, imagination, and movement with learning about the natural world.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All content within the Nature Tales app, including stories, route designs, illustrations, and app design, is owned by Natureventyr ApS. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
4. User Data and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The Nature Tales app does not require user login and only collects anonymous user data for analytics purposes. All user data is deleted after 90 days. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. User Interaction
The Nature Tales app is designed as a tool for parents to create meaningful and fun experiences in nature with their children. All stories and activities within the app should be experienced with an adult present.
6. Payment and Subscription Details
Certain fairy tale routes within the Nature Tales app are available through in-app purchases. Details of these purchases, including prices and any applicable taxes, will be provided at the point of sale within the app.
7. User Conduct
Users of the Nature Tales app are expected to respect nature and adhere to local laws and regulations during their adventures. Natureventyr ApS is not responsible for any actions taken by users while using the app.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
During your adventures, please be aware of your surroundings and fair safely along the route. You agree that your use of the App and its fairy tales is at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to maintain such health, liability, hazard, personal injury, medical, life, and other insurance policies as you deem reasonably necessary for any injuries that you may incur while using the Services. Natureventyr ApS is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of using the Nature Tales app. Users participate in activities at their own risk.
9. Modifications to the Service and Terms
Natureventyr ApS reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of the Nature Tales app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
